Will this set fit inside Luckys house set?

Yes, it is Lucky's bedroom set which goes in the second floor bedroom. It does all fit but it is a tight fit.

How tall is the Lucky figure?

I gave this set to my granddaughter as a gift so the Lucky figure is at her house but I have other playmobile figures that are about the same size and they measure right around 2 3/4 inches.
