I have used this about 10 times or so on my teeth and so far it is Looking more whiter than it was before. Finally! I drink tea sometimes and coffee occasionally so my teeth were just a little bit stained not to bad though cause I'm brushing my teeth as often I i could with coconut oil and baking soda and sometimes added D.E in my homemade toothpaste. The only thing I was concerned about was that one day I was having a phantom smell of something burnt all day long in my nose and nobody else was smelling it but me. It only lasted for one full day but it was annoying! I researched what I was experiencing and the only explanation I could possibly think of was that I was having sensitivity kinda to the activated charcoal and maybe and it got to my head, litarally! Or hopefully it's not something of my health wise! But maybe the activated charcoal affected my sinuses somehow that day ( Which I did not brush my teeth that day with the charcoal but that still happened! ) But I do not have any allergies or sinus problems ever in my life so this was new to me. Only happen one time for the whole day with the phantom smell of burnt charcoal so hopefully it doesn't happen again and if it does it more times, then I'll know it's the charcoal, or not? I only use it a few times a week versus every other day now so I don't have an episode again hopefully not. But I also got this activated charcoal for all the other reasons of its uses too. I will update the review later to let you know more of the results of teeth whitning and if the phantom smell of the activated charcoal happens again so other people have an answere too incase it happens to them. You never know! I will solve the mystery soon hopefully. Thanks again though for the teeth whitning, it's a relief!
