Oh boy do I love this stuff. It has a light botanical fragrance (must be the green tea) that is not overbearing by any means (I am sensitive to smells). I know there’s a lot of controversy about fragrance and it’s effects on sensitive skin. But as a sensitive skin girly I can tell you that it doesn’t bother me. I used it twice daily for 3+ years. It always leaves my skin fresh, smooth, and soft but not overstripped. I love that it comes in a glass container that you can refill or repurpose for other things. The only downside is that bathroom counters can get slippery. I have definitely sacrificed a bottle or two to the perils of tiled floors (ouch). Another con: it’s not cheap. But it’s also not exorbitant. I’ve personally switched to cheaper brands but let me tell you they are not the same. Would make a great gift for people like me who want to pamper themselves but don’t want to shell out ~$40 for a cleanser.

This facial cleanser is soft and doesn't strip the skin while leaving your skin feeling sparkly fresh. I appreciate the natural ingredients and the understated scent goes away quickly which is good for someone with sensitive skin. Just a dab will clean your face so it lasts for almost a year which is good value for the price you pay. High quality cleanser that needs to be part of your skin arsenal.

I’m 36 with combo oil acne prone skin. It’s also super sensitive and reactive. I have tried every single thing out there from drug store to professional grade, and this is the only thing that continues to maintain the health of my skin barrier along with not having a reaction. It smells lightly earthy. My skin isn’t dry or stripped. The quality is amazing I just this twice a day. I do double cleanse when I wear makeup. It doesn’t treat acne, which is okay because I’ll use my other products for that as acne face wash is usually too irritating for me. It’s a thicker gel. My only annoyance is the glass jar. Although it’s amazing to refill or recycle, traveling is a pain. Don’t take it in the shower! I am on my 5th bottle. Usually by now I’d need to switch it up or something, but this has been a consistent buy for me.

I really like this facial cleanser! It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh without any dryness or tightness. The ingredients feel high quality, and the subtle, natural scent is nice. It does a good job removing light makeup and keeping my skin balanced. My only small complaint is that it’s a bit pricey for the size, but a little goes a long way. Overall, it’s a great gentle cleanser that makes my skin look healthy and glowing.

Based on a glowing NYT review & many other stellar reviews of this product, I just couldn’t resist buying despite the very high price tag. This facial soap really is wonderful! Very luxurious & moisturizing with a lovely fresh herbal scent! I LOVE this product!!!! For me, despite the label instructions to use one or two pumps to massage and wash your face, I use only about one half pump with great results. Life is short, if you can afford to treat yourself once in awhile, this facial soap is one of life’s little pleasures. Highly recommended! Sometimes it goes on sale & if you can’t find it here, major department stores also carry it along with refills. Five dancing stars!!

I started using this after getting a sample at Sephora. I love the way it feels and smells. It's foamy but not harsh. I definitely feel like my face is clean after I use it. I'm happy to cut down a little on packaging by getting the refill.

I am a huge skin-care lover, and tried this and I am on my 3rd replace! Leaves the skin so soft, and not dried out. I have normal/oily skin and swear by this face wash. Ingredients are also great, and paired with my K-skin products, has greatly improved my skin!

This is my go-to face soap. Just don't drop the glass bottle.

It was so expensive, I realise too late Sephora have the same one in half price, and I’m not pretty sure about the quality, at first it was smooth but some days later it just turned liquid

It has a slight scent that I thought I was going to dislike if it lingered but it disappears as soon as you rinse.
