All I can say is PERFECT !
Bought this for my son and OMgosh it is worth every cent. It can go go so far you won't see it in the air but while your smartphone is connected to the Remote the views in our town are beautiful. Easy to control as well and very well made.

“Renewed” but looks brand new.
I was a little nervous ordering a renewed item but I got mine and it was factory sealed from DJI as a refurbished unit. I closely looked at the unit and couldn’t find any signs of use. It even had the factory stickers from DJI. Took it for a quick test flight and all seems well. Looking forward to using this drone for my vacation.

This refurbished drone showed up and I was blown at how new it was. No sign of use what so ever

Hoping for good customer service
Bought this because it was the highest rated beginner drone on CNET. Was excited that this arrived several days ahead of expected date. Took it out, hooked up chargers to the drone battery and the controller, went out and bought a micro SD card while waiting for the drone to reach full charge. Downloaded the app, had no problem connecting to the drone, but the drone was never "renewed" or refurbished. I could not even take off, flight checklist screen shot is attached. I have requested a replacement, we'll see what happens. If customer service is good and the next unit works, I'll update my rating. If not, then this one will stand.
