Zurn CO2450-PV4 Adjustable Floor Cleanout, Nickel Top, 4" PVC, Brass

Our team purchased this floor clean out for a tenant improvement project. The quality is good and it looks nice upon install.

We were adding a concrete patio, and smack dab in the middle was the sewage clean-out. I wanted something that was flat, and level with the concrete. I also wanted it to look nice. This was perfect. Our concrete guy was impressed as well!

We weren’t able to use the pvc pipe as the hole was irregular but the brass part worked perfect. We’re basically just covering up a drain hole in the pool decking.

Seems to be good quality and arrived quickly

The item was used in brick walkway. It needed to be decorative, sturdy, flush and completely sealed with access only when needed. This item fit the bill exactly. It was a little pricey but the project was finished and it looks great.

Very nice looking for a cleanout in a patio, or walkway. The fact that it adjusts to height makes getting it flush with the surface very easy. Quality is very good

Good price and shipped fast. Fits over a 4” sch40 PVC pipe (4.5” OD).

Very sturdy and well made. I sunk this in concrete for my application. I’ll add a photo of after the concrete was added when I return home.

faites attention aux commentaires a propos des mesures 4 pouces.... certain ne comprennent peuetre pas qu'il y a divers type de tuyau en plomberie et que les diametres exterieur différes. cet adaptateur est en PVC femelle et fonctionne sur les conduit PVC ou ABS de 4 pouces si utilisé sur ABS, doit se fixer avec colle de transition PVC-ABS. Zurn en brass solide et marque reconnu en plomberie. trés satisfait

I like that it has metal on top, seems sturdy and is adjustable.
