Is this fragrance good for the winter, fall, spring, or summer? or all seasons?

I use it year round. I get positive comments all the time when wearing it. It doesn't seem to matter what season it is, people seem to love it. If it smells good, and you and/or your partner likes it, then wear it whenever you want to!!

The tube that usually goes to the bottom of the bottle is only 1/4'. Is this right?

Yes that is correct....only goes up a 1/4 inch...The Best Cologne Out there!!!...
