Does the job
I was not able to stand or walk for long because I of small injury in the heel. But, after replacing the shoe pad with this product I was able to feel the difference from day one. Definitely recommended.

Helpful
They are certainly not the miracle, exercises and physiotherapy still required, but they made me go through my days with more comfort and less pain. I’ve also tried insoles with magnets and more pebbles for “massage” but they increased my pain. Dr Scholl’s were more helpful.
