Consistency: Canned coconut milk products differ significantly in consistency and drinkability. Some seem like water with coconut oil added, which lumps together in the cans. I first tried this brand as an experiment to see if this was more milk and less water. Great find!! Cases of this product are available; its consistency allows for use without added liquid in baking; it's an excellent replacement for high-sugar coffee creamers, and it's wonderful for baking. This is on my bi-monthly order list to ensure I do not run out. Thickness: The coconut milk is creamy without any of the lumps found in most canned coconut milk options. Note, I have tried all types of milk alternatives over the years....rice milk and oat milk, for example. While I liked both of those options (and my youngest son was cow milk intolerant, thus the seeking of alternatives decades ago), after doing my own research, I shifted a few years ago to coconut milk as my stable. Note: My diet is holistic without preservatives, sugar, carbonated drinks, or restaurant foods...so this fits my lifestyle. I gave it 4 out of 5, not because of the quality of the product, but because I would prefer the cans to be larger. Currently, I receive 2 cases every six weeks. Larger cans would create less waste.

We used to make oatmeal with milk (we never could tolerate it with water). We find that this brand of coconut milk works quite well with oatmeal, especially when you add a few blueberries or raspberries. Other brands of coconut milk were less palatable.
