very good for rolling out clay!

Purchased for polymer clay. It is a very nice quality and came packaged carefully, but I returned it because I thought it might work better than the fondant roller I already have. It's prettier, but it's about the same when using, so I just didn't need two of them!

This rolling pin is smooth like butter and takes the effort out of rolling clay! A little smaller than I had expected but I do not work with large amounts of clay so this worked perfectly. It is easily cleaned off with a little soap and water as it is made of clear acrylic. The only problem I encountered was the misleading product image. Now because I read the description I was not let down but I figure anyone else who does not read into it will be expecting two rollers, not one. But other than that I highly recommend this pin for crafters and creators all over.

I love this roller. It's smaller size is definitely easier to work with than the huge, 12 inch diameter beast I had! Rolls well, nice diameter, looks to be very durable.

This acrylic clay roller is a pretty standard tool for polymer clay work, and it does the job in terms of rolling out sheets of clay. However, I’ve had issues with the clay sticking to the surface too much. I’m not sure if it’s my clay, but I’ve tried several different brands, and I’ve had the same problem with all of them. The clay sticks unless I use just the right amount of pressure, which is a bit tricky to manage and takes time. It’s a decent roller overall, and it’s affordable, but the sticking issue is frustrating, especially when working with multiple colors or designs that need a clean finish. If you’re looking for a basic roller and don’t mind adjusting your technique, it can work fine, but there are other rollers out there that I’ve found to be a bit more non-stick.
