For the price this works and handles well for slicing a multitude of bread rolls/buns.

I have been baking bread for years (old fashioned hand formed sourdough as well as sandwich loaves in a machine). I used to use the bread knife that came with my kitchen knives set. Then one day, I discovered this product and ordered. What a difference it makes when slicing bread. Right tool for the job and it sure makes a difference! Also useful in slices cakes. I was effortlessly able to slice 9” cakes to fill and layer with this knife.

I cut myself several times on this thing initially, after having used a very dull bread knife for years. Don’t be like me! Anyway I’m loving it and would 100% buy again despite my war wounds.

Very sharp and great to cut bread and many other things, just be careful to cut your fingers and cleaning sponge, because it's really good.
