Hollywood Fashion Secrets Medical Quality Double-Stick Fashion Tape, 36 Strips, Tin, 2-Packs

Many moons ago, I ordered these lingerie tapes and loved them so much that after all this time - I’ve decided to repurchase them despite countless others on the market. I absolutely adored the nifty idea of the tin can, which was discreet, convenient and with an air of classy elegance. They worked as promised and were absolutely sticky. I’ve tested them on bras as well as on delicate fabrics, the tapes seemed to work well with no damage to report. They’re quite pricey but since I’ve barely used them as much, they’ve lasted me eons. This was my second order after years, so in a way - they’re worth their price. One thing though, they’re tiny and therefore easy to misplace them. Hence why I’ve ordered two in this order, just to have them around in case one goes missing.

These work great on many different types of fabric. They even stay stuck for a couple washes before i have to replace them on my shirts. You can cut in half too to use in smaller areas.

This tape has saved so many outfits! It's super strong stick, and flexible so it's comfy. A little hard to get off skin (fine for adult, my tween daughter threw a fit about the pain pulling it off, though). Great for keeping bra straps in place and spanx from rolling up or down or for keeping cleavage in check. Works skin-to-fabric and fabric-to-fabric.

I have pretty mixed feelings about this tape but the quick version of this review is that it's very useful, makes a great stocking stuffer, is a handy tool to have in one's purse. Now the long version, the first time I used it was at a sorority event and all the ladies gathered around me to take some. It helped keep a strapless dress in place, assisted in not having any side boobs pop out and also kept a bra up. Although I admit it does irritate the skin and mine was left pretty red and sore afterwards. While this product is pretty strong, the material of the fabric you are sticking it to has a lot to do with how well this product will adhere; ie. don't use it on anything fuzzy. Overall I would say it's a nifty little tool that has more uses than simply helping a strapless bra stay in place. It was worth it and much cheaper to get it off amazon than anywhere else.

I really love the silky blouses trend right now. I bought at least 5 from local ZARA store. They are so feminine and at the same time appropriate for work and party time. However what I don't enjoy is how easy they can slip off your shoulders or buttons get undone. That's when I remembered that I have this amazing fashion tape. Now I feel very safe knowing that everything stays where it suppose to and there will be no embarrassing slippages. Honestly this tape is a life saver. It works awesome no matter how you decide to use it, on your bare skin or just to stick two pieces of material. It never leaves sticky residue or anything like that. It also never ever caused any kind of damage or irritation to my skin. I know the price is steep and double sided scotch tape seems like a better idea. However, it will never work as well as Hollywood tape. 100% recommend for all women out there!

A must have for every woman.

First I did think the strips were larger, they're very thin double sided tape strips. They are easy to both apply and remove. Problem is they don't hold very long. I've used them for a couple different things ...on my shoulder to keep a blouse in place, that went well for a couple hours, then to close a deep V in my dress that didn't go so well it was clean, lightweight cotton fabric and it held for about an hour. What the tape did work well on was with my strapless bra. Sometimes strapless bras tend to fall down with any movement, so I put a strip on each side at the top and my strapless place stayed put until I took it off. The strips aren't irritating to my skin which I consider sensitive. Easy to apply easy to remove. I don't think it will hold heavier fabric or it might be better in cooler temperatures. But I would like to find something slightly thicker with a better adhesive. These were reasonably priced, but don't think I would purchase again.

I got this for my mom who wears a hijab with an undercap but her chiffon hijab would keep slipping off. This helped prevent that and it was very easy to pull the tabs apart! The tape stuck on throughout the day and she did not complain of any issues!
