The item is broken and missing items inside the box

Bought it 7 months ago and the top/ cover doesn't close anymore
We paid so much for this bin and the top doesn't close anymore. We can see there is a 10 year guarantee as part of the description but no way to access the seller.

Sticker stayed stick
Hi I removed the sticker "recycled" and the glue and white paper still stick and this not beautiful 🙃
