I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Crocs I recently purchased. Despite using it for only 6 days, the product has already torn from multiple places, making it completely cheap quality. I chose Crocs for its reputed durability and comfort, but this experience has been shockingly opposite. A product at this price point should not fall apart within a week of normal use. This clearly points to a manufacturing defect or poor material quality, which is highly unacceptable from a global brand like Crocs. I request an immediate full refund along with a quick resolution to this issue. I am attaching photos of the damage as proof. If this is not resolved swiftly, I will be compelled to share this poor experience across social media and public platforms, as no customer should go through this after trusting a reputed brand.
