I’ve often had to rely on sleeping tablets for an overactive mind. I thought these wouldn’t work because they are natural but Bach is such a trustworthy brand and I don’t like what I was doing to my body with regular sleeping tablets, so I gave it a go! When I’m drifting to sleep, my mind usually finds a task for me to do, or something for me to worry about, which would cause me to get up. After taking 1 small capsule, I was drifting to sleep and I felt kind of stuck to the bed. I couldn’t be bothered to entertain the nonsense in my head or get up to do something unnecessary. Once I fell asleep, I stayed asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend and you only need to take one of the melts for it to work

Had high hopes it would help me relax to get a good nights sleep. I know it has worked for other people as i was recommmended by them personally but sadly it didnt work for me. Perhpas individual experiences.

What a waste of time and waste of money and waste of hope, this product does nothing regarding insomnia and anxiety, I don't even feel sleepy. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT!!!!

Not so good at getting you to sleep, but once youre sleeping it's a good deep sleep. Recommend (if you take these) early nights when you need to be up early morning.

Bach RESCUE sleep is really a good remedy to keep to use at stressful times I keep it all the time specially..

Rescue sleep is a very fool sleep aid. I do not feel drowsy when I awaken.

I have been taking it for more than 6 months. For me, it started to work better after taking it for 2 months. Excellent

doesn't work only slept 2 hours I repeated dosage when I woke up couldn't get back to sleep for 5 hours. tried three times with same result.
