It is the best cup I have ever owned, period. Looks great and keeps my coffee and tea hot for a long time. It is all glass there has to be handled with extra care. Broke first 2 cups due to knocking them over and dropping them on hard floor. Could not stand tea cooling down quickly in normal ceramic mug. Great product; can't see myself living without these. Jan 08, 2019 Update: Had to buy more as 2 more broke. That's 4 broken so far and each one lasted about 1.5 years, depending on how you (or your spouse) handles them. They are fragile (do not drop or 'clash' with hard objects) but if hand washed and given care, they remain immaculate. I bought 2 x 2 = 4 through Amazon on 'Prime' sale + 1 more from Winners (!). It was PAINFUL using normal mugs as they are too hot to hold if boiling water is used. These double wall cups are gently warm to the touch even if boiling hot water is poured into them and becomes lukewarm in 45~60 minutes, depending on the season. In addition, these are very light due to the thin wall, unlike thick walled ceramic mugs. Treat them like thin walled glass (as they are . . .) and they do last (until someone mistreats them).

We had these in Zizzis and wanted a pair for ages. They're brilliant. Easy to use, no burning from the outside and easy to clean, as glass normally is.

PRO: Really nice glass. Looks beautiful. Hot drinks can be held in hand much better than a regular glass. CONS: Feels light and cheap to hold. Given the cost as brand, I thought it would be a heavier cup. Be extra careful when handling. While most glasses can handle light, accidental contacts/hits to other things, this one cracks right away. One cracked already, which we are now using as plant pot.
