Good product. The only problem is that I cant use the oven both up and down together. Either up or down

My delivery went well however I do not have the gas cylinder yet because installation guys told me it is okay and nothing to worry about. So we tried it, and ignition is working and installation guys said "all is well and working", and I believed. However, that same day when the gas was connected, the upper oven was not working. I called the customer care urgently and asked if they can replace and informed them that I already threw the carton. The customer care took my worry away and communicated to me that all is okay and he initiated the replacement and it will be picked up and change in 48 hrs - it was November 6. He also told me that this will be done 100%. Lo and behold, on November 10 I called again to ff up as nobody is contacting me and another customer care told me that I should be the one to return it. And they will not pick up at all. I am like - ???????????? How are we sorting this out? Please i need to know. Thank you so much

Nice product

Its working fine when you use only one stove but there is not enough space to cook on two stoves together.
