I bought these for my 52 year old significant other who is not a fan of taking medication and fears the doctor. I noticed some changes with him and his activity levels once he hit 52 so I was able to get him to try a vitamin. He is happy with how they are making him feel. Not too big,easy to swallow. No funny aftertaste. All the right ingredients a man needs. Great value, great quality, great quantity. Easy to add to your routine and it may take a few days but you will feel the difference 😉

These are no different from name brand and at half the price! I was searching in Walmart for these and couldn't even find what i wanted so i gave up walked away and opened amazon and well .. here we are
