Stopped Working After a Few Uses – No Support for Maintenance
The product suddenly stopped working with no lights or response. I used it only about five times before it completely failed. What’s worse is that I have no idea where or how to send it for maintenance or repair. Very disappointing experience.”

Fair price but rated three stars because the cable is just about a metre long which restricts the movements of the iron.

Excellent warrantee service
after using for 17 months, stop working for no reason, i contacted the seller as it was still under warrantee. the seller replaced and give me a brand new item. that was amazing
