used them for walking only for now & they are amazing i think very easy to use while your doing your cardio.

The product does its job well in making your arm sweat when working out. 2 downsides of the product: it's very difficult to put it on by yourself & it does scratch the underarm so it gets itchy and annoying. For those 2 reasons I don't use it as often as I'd like to so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product.

I Put these bands on as soon as I got home and saw pkg. delivered on my doorstep after Church. The Velcro is fastening great as they are new. Going to create a note file to track longevity as I will be wearing these daily. I love the color.
