Compact, easy to assemble works very well. Only issue I wish it had a flex whip rather than a solid tube. Can’t get it every where I need to so have to use a hand unit some times

The greaser itself works fine, but the handle blew apart after a few uses on the first day. I don't want to deal with returning the whole unit, but all their contact is through Amazon only, which only allows for full returns and wont give me an option to message the seller. Frustrating.

Makes the work easy.. Really needs a regulator because at the shop pressure so much grease comes out too fast. I did adjust the handle to dispense less per squeeze but still wasting grease.

Had trouble getting it primed. Talked to tech support and was great on the phone. Tried their suggestions and primed right away. Super nice on the phone.

Made it 3 months before it stopped working almost a whole bucket of grease will have to go back to graco pumps the graco pump in my other trucks 13 months old and 4 buckets sofar with no problems

I purchased this grease pump in April and within two months the pump would cycle intermittently while not in use. All fittings were verified to have no leaks. The owners manual states that most likely the high pressure seal failed. I emailed support from Macnaught and they have completely ignored my requests. I simply want them to fix or replace my $800 pump. Or to send me a replacement seal or part number. They have failed to do any of this. Will not purchase from them again.

The first pump I was sent worked great at first but lost pressure after about 2 weeks of use and started cycling very slowly, as if the supply air pressure was low (it was not). I called McNaught to get help from them on diagnosing the problem and they offered to send me a new replacement pump at no charge. I received it in 2 days and so far it seems to be working ok, although it seems to cycle a little slower than the first one initially did. Time will tell if it holds up to daily use. Mcnaught has a great warranty and the overall quality of workmanship seems to be top-notch, so I'm not too concerned yet about my purchase.
