Tacky/damaged Velcro
Arrived damaged, it’s at least 1 size too big and the seller made the whole return/refund process very painful

Perfect!
Product is better than expected, perfect colour great heal hight and the strap is velcro too which is a huge bonus. Even got spare heals. Fitting is abit big but means get longer use of them and great price. Very pleased

Sizing all wrong at least 2 sizes too big
No idea what the sizing is for these, are my daughter is a 12 I ordered her size they were huge ordered a size 11 they were also huge!? Returning them are easy but I've lost nearly £8 in postage and still have no shoes! I've ordered a different pair now as can't risk losing more postage money trying to guess the right size! Shame as they are lovely shoes order at least 2 sizes smaller...
