Great quality but doesn't support the Zigbee group messaging functions.
I bought several of these. I wanted to use Zigbee because I need a receptacle and I need several to turn on/off at the same time. Most current (post X10) products accomplish this by sending individual messages to everything that they consider a "group". This results in the dreaded "popcorn effect" where a bunch of things go on/off in sequence, not together (once you get to 15-20 this is annoying). Zigbee supports group messaging which allows you to get around this problem and things like HA support it. The problem is that the Sinope receptacles don't support group messaging. That meant they were useless to me. Other than that, a solid, certified product. And I liked that I could turn the LED off, that's a huge issue for others since these bright blue or green LEDs will light a room! Wish they would improve this firmware but the support finally confirmed to me that they don't do group messaging.

All 2 didnt work with Alexa, Hubitat and ZHA
I build products like this for a living, which qualifies me as above average in my technical skills. I installed 3 of these outlets and paired them with different zigbee controllers and none of them would switch. The worst part is when I contact their tech support all they said was "only the top is switched." This is pretty obvious given the box around it and all the warning in the documentation. However, not one of them would switch. They were essentially always on outlets with power monitoring. This is a real bummer because I wanted to turn off some loads in my house that are not used very often using automation and have a nice clean install.Defects in things happen, but all three was surprising. What was more surprising is how unhelpful they were...so they are going back.

Doesn't hold wires well when installing
The ground screw wouldn't open enough to allow a 12 gage wire and required modification. The outlet has two holes each for live and neutral and if both aren't used then the wires aren't held well and when tightening enough to get a sold hold one of the screws stripped out the lug. Disassembly shows the lugs may have been installed backwards.
