Great product.I actually took one every night before bed. Slept well and I believe they worked. Unfortunately i have not been able to buy more as current stocks are not there. They are a tad pricey but i feel with It.

This product has baffled me! I’ve suffered with anxiety for years, taking this has gave me the ability to do things I didn’t think I could ever do again, like go the supermarket etc. It’s made me so happy and confident, I actually cried happy tears! I 100% recommend and I will be buying again. Thank you!

It’s a shame these didn’t help as much as I hoped they would because I know the ingredients are natural and associated with easing the parasympathetic nervous system. I did find it eased my anxiety but just not enough for me to rely on them as I’ve been suffering with mental health issues for years but thankfully I was able to find other tablets that worked much better and ones that I could truly rely on (ASIN: B001E44LVA / B00M8QQJ1S)

Got them for Winter Blues and did not make any difference to me .
