These are very easy to use and helped immensely to add some traction. The adhesive is nice but also easy to remove if a mistake is made or they get gross. We got clear and it is fairly clear and hard to notice.

The winter car mats (new), have a particular curved pattern with narrow channels that causes my heel to allows slip in between the cracks, so to speak. Instead of replacing the mats, tried to apply a few layers of this traction tape to alleviate the slipperiness. The first attempt did not work since the tape did not stick to itself very well due to the rough surface. The second attempt, applied an adhesive that allowed layering (tried to build up the spaces in between). So far this has worked very well. My heel does not slip any more. In short, for my purposes, this worked very well. I have no doubt it would work very well on stairs as the adhesive is very good. The roller is a little added bonus.

Ok, so my deck stairs were having issues with moss in the winter time and due to wear and tear they were getting old. I live in the Pacific Northwest. where it rains all the time in the winter. My dogs go up and down the stairs daily and I have been afraid of them getting hurt by the slippery moss that accumulates on the stairs. I tried to remove the moss and that worked for about a week or two and then it started coming back. My stairs are getting old too and a bit worn and I was going to replace them this year but other expenses came up and I haven't gotten around to it. So on to plan B which was to buy something that would make the stairs non slippery and protect them to give them a longer life. I went went the 12 inch width and I am glad that I did as it covers all of the stairs and will provide some protection against the rain as well as grip for those coming up and down the stairs. I did this in about an hour one evening soon after I got the shipment from Amazon. I cut it using just a pair of scissors. I was concerned that the 80 grit would be too rough but I have been on the stairs with my bare feet and didn't have any issues. The glue backing on the stairs isn't very strong and I worried about that but after putting it down and using it. I have decided that they made the right choice to make it that way as I can remove it, if needed without any issues. So far their hasn't been any problems with it. No slippage or anything after it has been placed down. The only con is that the peel off back is a bit hard to take off. Overall, I love this product. Normally, I don't take the time to do reviews on products but this one have me raving. It has bought me a few more years life for my stairs and is protecting me and my family from slipping on the wet stairs.

Pretty good. Very sticky but a little too stretchy. Definitely works to prevent slips on my wheelchair ramp.

Used on 2 X 4 boards for a step up ramp for my dog. Works and looks great. Easy install. Hair will stick on it.

Very useful. Adhered well. Easily applied. If you don't have traction on your steps, you really should add some.

Tape applies well to epoxy painted (concrete) floor (after cleaning with a floor scrubber). The roller is very small and is wrapped inside the hollow core of the roll of tape (I don't remember reading that anywhere before purchasing). Time will tell how long this lasts, but it works well. The grip has a strong texture that isn't bulky and does not create a tripping hazard on inclined surfaces.

Placed on manufactured treads, and I prepped my best. I am a professional, home, improvements contractor, and mostly work in a resort, salt, air community right on the ocean. This product didn’t work well for us, can’t say it won’t work elsewhere. This is a really difficult environment. Love the product. It’s hard to hold up in the salt and barrier island community. I definitely would not say it has anything to do with the product which we loved, it just doesn’t work in a barrier island environment. Best review I can say. 👍🏼

I put it in bathtub for grip.It got slimy after first shower…but was rinsed off.Will keep looking for something else.
