This gel is a useful addition to nutrition for aerobic and anaerobic activities. It provides an energy boost of approximately 100 calories that is quickly absorbed with the addition of water or a favorite drink. It has a pleasant chocolate taste that is not too harsh. The foil container has a litter leash to help in disposal after use. There are many gels on the market, this one however has no artificial ingredients, rather they are organic. As such it should be consumed after opening otherwise it will go rancid quickly. I've tried many brands of gel, but always come back to this one.

Unlike a lot of energy goo's out there, this one actually tastes good! It gives me a nice boost and I don't crash after wards (so far!)

Very good tasting, and easy to use. Carry along while playing golf, and for a midway break while biking.

These Clif shots are very handy. They are packed with good stuff to keep you going on long bike rides. The chocolate flavor is pretty good too.

Don't always use it but I take one on every bike ride (30 to 70 miles).
