I got these for my VD (feminine dryness) and read a lot of reviews on this product. I was a bit skeptical to the reviews that say in 3 days they noticed a difference BUT in 3 days… I noticed a huge difference. I went off hormone BC when I was 35 and immediately dried up. I suffered trying everything but creams and gels were messy and just didn’t work so well. These work. I started taking two of these a day with 2 per day of the slippery elm. So while I can’t say specifically which one worked (I started them at the same time) all I can say is that either the combo or one or the other is working and that’s all I need to know!!! I wish I’d found this sooner. For me it was mostly a psychological problem that bothered me about the dryness because when you are trying to get intimate I found it embarrassing and frustrating that my body wasn’t reacting the same way my brain was. In my head I was ready to go, but the girl downstairs wasn’t. Some reviews said it did nothing for the person, but overwhelmingly the feedback I’ve seen is positive. It’s worth a shot I’d say and so much better than hormone replacement therapy. Also of note: I take many medications and these don’t interfere. I just take them 2-3 hours after everything else. If you’re suffering like I was, try this and maybe add some slippery elm (also on amazon) if it works for you too you’ll be so much happier!!! If it doesn’t work, I’m sorry. But it’s definitely worth trying, right?!

This is not a paid review just wanted to share my experience especially for those that suffer from eczema. I’ve dealt with really bad eczema on my hands my entire life and as much as I moisturize with all kinds of good creams like Cerave, First aid ultra repair, Aveeno, Eucerin, Gold bond, Vitamin E coconut oil olive oil and many more but it only helps temporarily as soon as i wash hands or shower my hands are still in the same condition. So I was searching for a way to add moisture internally to the rest of my body not just on the surface which never occurred to me before not sure why so I did some research saw some reviews and decided to give this a try. After just 3 days of taking these capsules my hands are 90% healed which hasn’t happened in about 2/3yrs so IF you suffer from eczema and have tried it all definitely give this a try I’m surprised I never heard of it before. Also Let me just mention it does make you go to the bathroom more regularly, this will definitely get your system moving in a good way. I guess that’s how it helps you keep the weight off. Lastly my face looks super plumped and hydrated even my forehead lines are less noticeable. Definitely worth a try at least to get your skin hydrated for the winter. I’m super satisfied with this purchase And will be buying many more.

Iam taking it every morning in empty stomach .but not sure if Iam getting any benefit or not as Iam not thinking of it .but I believe its doing good in me
