Getting on a bit in life so try using a bit of this for a couple of months . I have notices that over time my hair stops falling and I generally feel less achy , as I do lots of sports. Easy to swallow , if a bit sweet but no sugar in it.

This is the best collagen I have ever had & I've tried quite a few, The texture & thickness is just right & the taste is amazing fruity & tangy very moorish, I have had problems with hair thinning & fall & it stopped growing, brittle slow growing nails too & after only 2 weeks I cannot believe how much my hair has improved, shiny, improved density & it has also grown which I'm very pleased about & I'm finally on my way to having some nice nails as they seem less brittle, I would highly reccomend this & I will be purchasing again, it's my No 1 favourite.

I've finished this bottle and I have noticed some difference in my skin and nails. I'm starting the second bottle. The only thing is it lasts only 20-24 days but I enjoy drinking it every morning and I do trust it is a good stuff. I used to take the capsules ones then I decided to take liquid ones once it's better absorved by your body and after a long research this one is what I was looking for and fit in my budget. I am happy and will carry on taking it.

I usually take powdered collagen as most liquids are very expensive saw this and thought I'd try it .its great really works thicker hair better nails smoother skin I really like it .what I don't like is the taste it's very strong strawberry flavour but the benefits out way the drawbacks. would recommend

I really wanted to try this after the good reviews and the composition is very similar to other brands out there. The taste is manageable and all these types of supplements are the same on the taste test. I found mixing it with pineapple juice masked it. Day 1 I felt a bit strange shortly after taking it - a headache, jittery feeling, and slightly raised heart rate. It eased after a couple of hours but I was wide awake all night. Day 2 I had exactly the same feeling immediately and was on edge with a feeling of breathlessness and fluttery heartbeat for a while. There is nothing else going on that could have affected me in that way and I'm fit and only 50 so can only put it down to this supplement. Further research shows that a high dose of collagen can have this unusual effect in some people so I seem to be one of the odd ones! I'm going back to another brand with less collagen and no B12 because that may also be affecting things.
