The cap doesnt closes completely, 1 or 2mm space is always available between the cap and body? Is this normal.?

Mine has a space between the cap and the opening where you drink, I first noticed this when I found coffee inside my bag all over my stuff, and it doesn't keep a hot drink as expected. Waste of money and doesn't worth the price.
