I have been giving my 11 year old diabetic dog these for over a year since she was first diagnosed. I never knew for sure if they were doing much until last week when I ran out because I thought I had another bottle. She gets one pill in her breakfast and one in her dinner every day. She missed her morning and her evening pill and we happened to have her on a freestyle Libre which we do occasionally to be sure her numbers are still good. Her glucose is usually in the low 100’s for much of the time between meals once it comes down after eating and goes back up to around 275 shortly before mealtime. On the day she missed her pill she came down to 250 and never got below that until she topped out over 350 at dinner time. She then repeated that over night. Amazon delivered her pills at 10pm that same night and she got her pill in her breakfast and her numbers went right back to normal. I can’t imagine this was a coincidence and will be sure to never run out again.

AWESOME PRODUCT. In less than a month from her having a dose of this with her food twice a day she has dramatically improved. Her ALT was 430 and now it's 401. Also her ALP was 116 (high) and is now 70 (normal range). BONUS ! MY CAT LOVES THE FLAVOR AND EATS ALL OF HER FOOD. Angie is 15.

So a little context My cat 1 year old 2 months was really sick one morning like throwing up more than 6 times in less than 6 hrs no blood just saliva and food. The vet took her to do some blood work and she is supposed to be on her liver levels between 0-100, she was at 300 so the vet give her some fluids and some medication for nausea but I still want to help her to be better so I look at this powder and 2 reviews that for theyr cats was a life-changing and im so grateful that they share their experience because I start adding the powder on her wet food for a week and took her back for a follow up and she drop to 125 still high but not 300!!! I felt so relief and even my vet asked me what did I do, i show him the powder and he said all the ingredients are really good for her and to keep giving to her. I have a follow up in 6 week I will comeback with the update

My dog kept urinating in the house. She seemed lethargic. The vet tested her and said that her liver and kidneys were slightly compromised, and I needed to give her something with milk thistle in it. I did a little research and bought this product. It worked great. My dog is no longer urinating in the house and seems to haveso much more energy. When you open the container, the chews have a pretty strong odor. It’s not pleasant, but my dog doesn’t seem to care at all, and once the lid is closed it’s not an issue.
