Q: What's the difference between chestal for adult and chestal for children? the ingredients look the same.

In the product description on this page. it says that children’s Chrystal is “for anyone 2 years and above” The difference between children’s & adult is the packaging which includes a smaller (5 ml) dose recommendation for children ages 2 to 12. The accompanying dosing cup has a 5ml mark on it. The adult Chestal cup doesn’t.

It is great. It is a much more natural ingredient way to sooth congestion. It helps with chest, throat, nose, sinus, upper respiratory, earache, and some other things too. My kids love it anytime they have a chest, throat, nose, sinus, upper respiratory, earache, or anything else it will work for. It doesn’t say if it’s sustainably harvested, but it seems care was taken to ensure hippy dippy approval ratings stay on the up and up.

Like any other syrup if you don't feel any better in a week consult the doctor.
