رائع وتأثيره فوري لكنه يشعر برغبة شديدة بالنوم لذلك لايمكن تناوله نهارا او في العمل،آخذه في الليل قبل النوم مبكرا وليس في وقت متأخر وفي عطلة نهاية الأسبوع وأتناوله مرة اسبوعيا لأن جرعته عالية ..مع الانتباه لعدم تناول مكملات أخرى تحتوي على الزنك .
