Great battery for the price
I've been using it for a week now, Definitely worth the price, it's really efficient in charging speeds and capacity, sure it might be a little big for some people but I usually place it in a backpack, also doesn't run out as quick as my zendure 26800 battery and sleeker less bulky design overall, it's less durable but I don't drop the batteries, I use a honor play, usually would use it to keep my phone charged as I play and keeps charging well even with intense gameplay, great battery overall but buy the type c model if you want one to use power delivery for a macbook or other laptops with type c, that's the one issue I have with, but good price!

Best product & Superb customer service
My anker powerbank stopped working and I thought my money is gone but Anker's customer care team, especially Mr.Idirs, gave the best customer service I've ever experience in my life. Totally hassle free and replacement was sent to me within 5 days. I am using anker products for more than 3 years and during every purchase I felt that the prices were bit expensive compared to others, but now after their excellent customer service, I will admit that their price is justified. To keep a customer demands as much skill as to win one and anker customer care is the best example for how a customer service should be.

Good so far
I got the 20,000mAh Power Bank. It's great, the moment you receive the package, you know that it's quality. I received it with maybe 1.5 of 4 bars charged but that's enough to test if it working or not. Yes, it is pretty heavy and is bigger than most phones and the fact that it does not come with a pouch is a bit of trouble because not a lot of standard size pouches are big enough for it. Overall, no problems. Heavy, no pouch, but so far does its job.

Good
It charges the phone well, but recharging the device itself takes many long hours.

Not continuously charging
Took me long time to do the review as I seldom use it as it is heavy and not good to carry around. I only observed it recently that charging turns off just a matter of seconds after plugging the device to it, that must be the reason it seems devices connected to it before were not charged. The button has to be clicked everytime to start charging then less than a minute, the charging stops. Am quite unsure if there is any special instruction so that the charging is continuous. Hope anyone can help.

Stop researching, this is the one you need. I bought this in 2019 and 7 years later it is STILL the best power bank I own. It has easily outperformed and outlived every single other battery I've purchased. It is built like a tank and it holds a charge when it's not being used. I've gone MONTHS without using it and have been dumbfounded to see it still has 75-100% of the charge. I swear this is the last good power bank ever made, all these new sleek ones with led displays leak power like crazy. Don't waste your money, just buy this beast and use USB-A to USB-C cables to charge your newer devices. I've used this abomination for weeks of travel, charging all my mobile devices, and for heavy use during video and film production. It powered camera accessories like my DJI focus puller, a Tentacle time sync device, an iPad mini, and also doubled as a counter weight on the same camera rig! It's even recharged two battery-powered tube lights during a power outage that lasted for days. This is the ultimate end-game power brick. Don't let the weight faze you, let it comfort you. I'm gonna order another one for my doomsday bug out kit, because at this rate, this thing is gonna outlive modern day society, and worse come to worse, put this rock in a zip-loc and a sock and start swinging, baby. I bet you it'll still charge my tube lights once I wipe the zombie brains off.

I don’t know if I understood the product description wrong or bought the wrong one, the name says 26800, the actual capacity is 13400. Otherwise all good.

I absolutely love this thing. It's a behemoth of a power bank and it just does everything perfectly for the purposes I require of it. The thing about powerbanks is that often you don't feel like you need one until you actually have one. This model from Anker would be suitable for a number of types of customers, whether they're travelling or hiking and need a reliable, dependable power source for charging phones, radios and photography equipment, or maybe a regular commuter on trains and planes, or perhaps just want a powerbank for slipping into their bag for a long bus ride or car journey in the back seat that will feature a long Netflix binge that'll sap your phone's juice! A powerbank really is a fantastic thing to own, and this is my favourite one. It's got huge capacity (it will charge my Sony Xperia XZ Premium 8 times before the bank needs charging itself), 3 separate charging output ports (so it's ideal for a couple or a family in a range of situations), it charges quite quickly for its size, charging in around 8 hours with dual inputs connected (two charging cables plug into the bank at the same time), and it has some brilliant safety features built in, such as protection against overcharging of devices from the powerbank (so in other words, if your phone only takes 90 minutes to charge but you left it plugged in for 120 minutes without monitoring it, that would still be safe), and protection against overcharging of the powerbank itself (so I can leave my powerbank charging overnight, and it's ready to go again once I wake up). The powerbank also features 'adaptable trickle charge', so it will feed lower levels of current into some devices automatically, such as some fitness bands/watches for example. Hopefully what I have written so far paints a clearer picture for you as to what owning one of these would be like. A couple of final points to make though... as silly as this may sound, I use mine around the house a lot. It frees you up completely, you don't have to sit near to where a charging socket is. You can sit anywhere in your living room, in the garden, in bed (and not have a cable stretched across the room). Also, Anker produce a range of models of powerbank, with varying sizes and features. This beast-of-a-powerbank is great, and I think you'd love it, but it may be worth checking out the other sizes that Anker do as well. If you're a fine lady, you may wish to go for a slim model that can easily be slipped into a handbag, for example. I genuinely believe most people would feel a real day-to-day benefit to their lives by owning a powerbank of some form. With today's dependance on devices in mind, it really does give you new freedom and peace-of-mind. Even if you only need a small one for emergency power. I strongly recommend you check one of Anker's models out, they are the best company I have tried, and their customer service is exactly what everyone would would customer service to be. Thanks for reading :)
