Absolute necessity for myself in this modern day , I've used other similar items in the past , but this particular product has a very nice balanced way of mellowing out what could be very uncomfortable situations more often than not on a somewhat frequent interval basis. In my opinion its an excellent value for the price , as one of many people (I'm assuming) needing some more sleep , it's been very useful for that as well .It's very easy to use , and to be quite honest it's been a life saver for my blood pressure . I often have a resting heart rate of around 51-53 bpm , but I imagine many people can relate to circumstances being what they often can be it's very nice to have the option of a product like this. As one of many people that avoids medication you can probably understand my appreciation all the more . Also since it helps with sleep when I do start my day after some decent sleep I feel I'm ready to go get after it , whatever the day has in store ... I'm in total appreciation of this product and very glad it's a option and also for its availability. Without a doubt you have a very satisfied customer right here , I'm looking forward to any further purchases in the future , thanks again for a very much needed and highly appreciated product.
