I read an interview with Nicole Kidman who swears by these capsules. The price seemed reasonable so I ordered. I noticed a difference in the strength of my nails within 7-10 days. I've tried lots of other products which are all about fancy packaging and girly colors that never seem to work. No more Hair, Skin & Nails for me, I'm only using this supplement which works and is affordable.
