HP 26A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge

Has a seasoned printer, I only will use OEM print cartridges in my printers (I have 3, a laser jet, an all in one, and professional photo printer. I have had my photographs hanging around the world and when I print them I only use genuine ink from the print manufacturer. While the HP cartridge is not for photo printing, I use genuine ink in my laser printer to avoid the risk of problems. Ink not flowing smoothly, clogging the print head, etc. I get (estimate) several thousand pages from a single ink cartridge so the cost for ink is not too high, but even at $0.05 to $0.10 a page, the cost of ink is over priced. I guess you could buy a cheap knock off cartridge and save enough money to buy a new laser printer if the ink clogs it. Your choice.

I teach 3rd year and Masters subjects, I print off every assignment - get a more accurate view of the work - the standard HP 26 for my 404Mn does perhaps 2700 pages - assignments are not image intensive - which is not great - my last one of these 26X did nearly 9.400 which is great value despite the steep upfront cost. I have been using the 26X for several years, it does deliver as promised.
