So far great product, i used it as an extractor to clean mattress and had great results, highly recommended

I know it's a budget vacuum, and it does the job for a very small apartment, but the cord is really too short, they could have added a couple more meters for a couple more dirhams. Or maybe they couldn't due to the very small size of the unit (i.e. not enough space to coil the cord), who knows. For the price it's a great little vacuum, but 4 stars due to too short cord length.

Have had this for 4 years, main job is dirty business, I use it for the cars, garage, when I'm woodworking, sanding paint and extracting water or sludge... imagine the dirtiest of jobs and this has been through it... has yet to let me down.... only niggle is the wet foam sleeve, it deteriorates after a few years (mine is stored in a hot garage storage which doesnt help) ... i like that I can hose the whole unit down when I need to do a full clean... leave it in the sun to dry and it keeps working...

One of the plastic hose pipes broke the first time I used it! Then the soft hose broke off and I cannot use the machine, So disappointed that a Black and Decker can be so cheap. Will return it

Low price, cheap quality. Does its deed now but will break in the near future, no doubt. You get a simple vacuum cleaner not built for performance or long life. Please use as backup, small room (short cord), on tiny budget etc and you will be ok. For the price it is a 5 star, as it works, but it is really not meant for long life or big jobs.

The B&D vacuum met all my needs. It comes with swappable heads for carpets, small crevices, rugs etc. If you live in a studio apattment or in a small house where the wall plugs are accessible, this would be sufficient but due to the medium-length power cord, you can't go too far with it. The main body is small which fits small storage spaces. It's easy to assemble and empty out the dust bag. The build is fully spastic which can be concerning but so far, I've had no issues with the build. All the parts work fine. The suction is not as powerful as a 2kW hoover but for it's price, this is unbeatable. The wheels are smooth and the flexible hose can reach quite far. Meets my expectations well.

Works great wet or dry, impressive! The cable management is really bad, the cable is too short, you need to wrap it around the device, but there is no dedicated place for it.
