I came back to leave a review of this product! I am 16weeks pregnant woman, and I am quite picky for all nutrition when I choose. That’s why I started taking probiotics from 13 weeks. ( I couldn’t trust any of it in the market ;) Honestly, I couldn’t go to toilet for one week since the pregnancy (Used to go once a week) but now I go every three days! It’s huge improvement ! I feel much much better and I highly recommend this to people who have xx problem like me ... !

They don’t need to come refrigerated because they are shelf-stable (ambient). However you can keep them in fridge once you receive them. I used to use Garden of Life Women Probiotics for years but this pregnancy formula is very effective. Stain selection /formulation is what you need during pregnancy. I will certainly continue buying. Packaging: needs to change. Too many plastic.
