Yes, most of the ingredients are oils. It feels like rubbing sand, coffee grounds, and oil on your face.

Q: Will this help with spider angioma on face ? (red veiny area)

I had the same thing. Whatever you do, DON'T try to get rid of it yourself (diy). Specifically on the face. Go to a dermatologist. If that's all you're removing it shouldn't be expensive & they'll zap it away quickly. Just my experience.
