They're a soft chewable gummy without the sugar coating like most other gummies. They're not sticky & they taste great too.

These biotin gummies are excellent, not only because of their high biotin content (10,000 mcg), but also because the strawberry flavor is super pleasant. They feel good to eat, perhaps because they only contain 8g of sugar. They are a good size and color. They have no odor and don't stick to your mouth. A very good product for the price; I just wish they didn't have that much sugar.
