I recently purchased this Velcro roll and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality and quality. Extremely strong and easy to use velcro. It's so sturdy; it is hard to get off. I use this for events with my EZUP to secure event displays to it. I love that you can cut it to the size that you want. Only negative is that it is not reusable (which is obvious/known when buying; but just bad b/c you have to dispose of them and cannot recycle).

I'm finding the sticky back adhesive aspect of this product less than satisfactory. Applied fuzzy side to glass, and it let go almost immediately when sun hit the glass. Was careful to clean with alcohol prior to application. Heat sensitive. Also having issues with the bond to plastic, at room temperature, absent any heat component. So am not completely satisfied due to this shortcoming. In some applications, probably fine. But for me, am having to replace large areas of two projects with an alternate product. EDIT! CORRECTION!! Emergency edit: Apologies to the vendor! Mistakenly gave negative review to the wrong product. That is because in some cases it is listed as "1 inch", and I bought a different brand in 1" that disappointed. Got confused about which brand I was reviewing since I'm familiar with the 2" of this one. Of three brands I purchased for the same project in my pickup bed topper, this 2" was the best. Had to remove the goo of the failed 1" different brand product, and after cleaning replaced with this 2" hook and loop with much better results. The backing (nylon?) is more substantial than the others, and the adhesive is sticking in sun, which is much better than the product it was used to replace. So bottom line, this was the solution that worked for me, not the one I was disappointed in. I did acquire a third product afterward to make up a bit of materials shortfall, but that third brand was not of quite the quality that this product is. Specifically, the backing was not as substantial. So this one here is the best of the three I've recently tried. Sorry for disinformation to the person who asked about use in a roll up truck bed cover. So far, this (2") product is working inside my truck bed topper when another did not.

Works well. The backing could be easier to remove. Kind of a pain.

I got this because we have ridiculously deep couch. I love it but it got frustrating since the cushions moved literally everyday day. Literally everyday. I boughtthese and have zero complaints. They are amazing! I have had them for about 4 months now couch cushions are still in place. My advise is to remove the cushions, vacuum, grab a partner and have them help you attach the product to the couch. It went faster that way.

I looked at several similar products and ended up buying this. It was easy to install—though it is so sticky, you have to be careful not to pull the protective film early and ruin part. Learned that lesson only once. Before purchasing this product, our couch looked like a sloppy mess. The cushions were in disarray, always coming off of the couch and making the back cushions look bad, etc. But this product changed everything! Our car Chesak so much better and has been so much more comfortable with the cushions staying in place ever since I installed the product! Super happy with my purchase, and I can’t wait to use this product on other things around my house. For the information of anyone thinking of purchasing this, I have had it on my couch for about six weeks and the cushions have not bugged even a tiny bit.

Purchased this to stick a few patches (without a wax or paper coating) on a nylon bag. Double sided tape works fine, but I wanted to be able to change them later. I had some Velcro branded squares my parents bought in the 80’s that worked flawlessly, but there weren’t enough. Per the description, this adhesive only requires a single stitch in the corner. The only benefit to that is when the entire strip peels off, it doesn’t fall on the floor. As far as actually holding, it came off the bag with the patch. I was then able to easily peel it off the patch. It feels like it should be quite sticky, so I tried it on a few other materials. The results were all roughly the same. The hook and loop aspect is extremely effective, but that seems to overpower the adhesive. You get one chance to attach it to things and after that, you roll the dice every time that it may stick to itself better than one or both of the items attached to it. I looked through a lot of variations on the same product before landing on this one because it had the least number of reviews citing this exact issue. I guess they’ve just been lucky. I thought I got a really great deal, but it looks like I should have ignored the reviews on the branded tape I already knew would work. I am not saying this won't work for everyone, but it didn't work for me. The manufacturer did assure me they will investigate ways to improve for the future. With any luck, my review will become obsolete.

Use proper English in your description pls! self adhesive means it can be GLUED, but your CANNOT be glued. Quality of the product is good though

I bought this velcro tape for a DIY project. I have two dual window fans in my bedroom windows and noticed that a lot of mosquitos and moths would get through the fans even though they are on full blast all Summer. So I bought some mesh screen and cut it to fit over both sides of the fans and used this double sided velcro tape to fasten it. It works perfectly! No more bugs getting into my bedroom! a I can easily remove the screens to clean the fans when needed. So far they are holding up really well but if I do find the mesh coming off I will simply pull out my gorilla glue or my hot glue gun to make sure they stay put! The only con I have found with this velcro tape is that clear plastic that covers the sticky side is REALLY hard to remove! I also fully intend to make screens for other windows in my house using these two products. My windows are open all Summer long so having an easy velcro system is so much easier than fighting to get framed screens out to wash or simply to remove for Fall/Winter.
