Life changing for sure !!!! I am up to one hour twice a day. It helps with my sleep and calms me tremendously. I prefer grounding outside, but when that is not possible, this mat works great. The change is gradual, so give it some time. And start slowly. The customer service is great. I love that a tester is included. I love the name of the company and their story. I bought the same mat for my friend and she also loves it.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to take a chance on this Grounding Mat. Honestly, I was expecting I would return it, but man was I wrong. A friend of mine has been telling me about the principals of Grounding and how much it helped improve his life. And after months of him trying to convince me to give it a try I decided to give it a go. So I did a little bit of my own research and decided to pick this one up. When it arrived I surprised at how easy it was to setup. No complicated instructions or anything. Just simply plug it into a plug that is grounded and place your feet or a part of your body that is uncovered on it. The quality of the mat is nice and feels good on my feet. Folds easily and isn't too big which I like. I wasn't expecting much just because I was still unsure about Grounding, but within moments, as soon as I stepped on it I could "feel" a slight tingering in my feet. Maybe it was just all in my head, but it was the littlest of sensentions. It felt nice. I placed it on the floor while I sat on the couch and sure enough, after about 25 minutes I just felt very relaxed. My muscles felt relaxed, I felt relaxed and a nasty headache I had seemed to vanish. Now I don't feel comfortable saying it was the Mat because it could have just went away on it's own, but sure enough, my body felt great, my headache was gone and my anxiety which I've had for years seemed to just fade away. And sure enough, when I would get off the mat I still felt great, but not as great. But the moment I went back to it I felt that same feeling of wellbeing come over me again. Now I know from my own research it can take time to really build up the "energy" so I just continued using it over the next few weeks and I got to say, I'm becoming a believer in Grounding. I've never felt so relaxed. I'm sleeping better, my thoughts aren't running all over the place. My muscles feel relaxed and my stress level has easily gone from an 8 to 5 which is a huge reduction for me. During this time the Mat has stayed clean and when I'm done with it I just roll it up. Very easy to use and simple. The nice thing about doing Grounding with this mat is it doesn't require me to change my routine or go out of my way to try something. I just incorporate it with things I'm normally doing such as watching TV, using the computer and more. I haven't had an issue with this grounding mat and enjoying it. I'm going to continue with Grounding and see where this leads, but glad my friend recommended it and mat to me.

The Earth and Moon Grounding Mat arrived well-packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube. The font and color scheme look very luxurious. Upon removing the mat from the tube, I could already feel the softness. The instructions were included in the tube but fell out of the box when I was removing the mat. A lava stone bracelet was included as a free gift and that is such a special touch! The mat feel of very high quality and was super easy to set up (please see attached video and photos). The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I appreciate the grounding tester so that I know the product will indeed function properly. The setup was basically "plug and play" and I had no issues. The cord seems a bit short but as I have used it in different areas in my house, it seems to stretch just fine without any tangles. The Grounding Mat was extremely easy to use - just stand, sit or lie on it! I could really feel the energy, especially in my feet when standing on it. I did not initially feel more relaxed but decided to try the mat overnight as well. I placed the mat over my fitted sheet about halfway down the bed so that my bare legs and feet touched it overnight. I expected the vinyl to stick to the skin, but that was not the case and there was minimal discomfort overnight. I usually sleep really well but I could definitely feel much calmer overnight using the mat. I am looking forward to continued use of this mat!

As someone who loves nature, but can't always be in it this grounding mat is ideal. I work on computers all day long as well, and I really think 30 minutes with my feet planted on the mat resets my body. I would recommend it.
