I am not someone who writes reviews often. I believe in really getting myself use to an Herb to know if my body is responding well; or in fact if it truly works. I am a huge natural remedy advocate and I take all sorts of herbs or supplements. I am 45 years old I am not sure if with age comes a slow down with my monthly cycle but I was not flowing how I thought I should (sorry if it’s TMI) however I have tried this product due to the ingredient- Scutellaria. This particular ingredient is also good for Anxiety, Stress, sleep disorders and etc. but the one thing that stuck out to me was the fact it’s also used Known as a woman’s herb by Native Americans, the Cherokees used it as an emmenagogue, thus promoting menses and aiding expulsion of the placenta following childbirth. So I thought, It promotes menses let me try……. I am in fact flowing the way that I should. This does give me energy and I am not sure if it do all the things it says that it does. I will know when I get blood work later this year but if it has promtoted a good monthly flow for me I am sure it’s doing my body good.

I’ve only been using this for 3 weeks and not even once daily but am already noticing undeniable improvements. I mainly purchased this because I’ve been getting tattoo laser removal for years now and it’s helping purify my lymph nodes. I noticed at first they were neither sore nor tender but I could feel something beneficial happening. My tattoos are steadily fading after going through a sluggish period, especially the stubborn ones because this supplement is helping aid the waste removal process. I’ve also noticed that my period has become even lighter and less painful and I didn’t even cramp once this time around! A great product that ironically I hope to never need again because my body should readjust after I finish using these.
