It is very difficult to remove the cover to service this product.I do not recommend this product. I am sorry I purchased it.

I have struggled with a moldy house, ruining my immune system, inspite of spending over $100K to remediate. This filter has turned the corner for me. My health is recovering and I can be in the house without feeling ill. Praise God for helping this company develop this technology. I also love their Laundry Pure system. No more mold in wash, no more soap or detergent, no hot water!!

I've been using this air purifier for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. Living in South Florida, the air can get stuffy, and with a toddler and a dog running around, clean air is a must. This purifier covers our entire home, and you can definitely feel the difference. The ionizer and carbon filters work wonders on odors and allergens. It's actually nice not having to worry about sneezing fits or funky smells anymore. Most people who have tried it seem to agree, and I can see why. Setup was straightforward, and it's been pretty quiet, which is a big plus with a little one napping during the day. Overall, it's been a solid addition to our home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to improve their indoor air quality.

An $800 lesson! I had the one from Eco Quest the prior company and it lasted 10 years! This only lasted about 4 years! Salesman said it would last 10 years. They say it’s the motherboard and that’s another $200- $300, and then they try to get you to buy a new improved version for $500 & basically acknowledge they’ve worked out the problems with the the last unit! Consider the warranty when you invest this much!!!!
