Nice rice!
This wonderful aquatic grass seed blooms beautifully in about 24 hours when kept warm (tip - leave on radiator). I used it to make a raw vegan version of fried rice, combined with sliced veggies and a delicious sauce. The rice has a wonderfully chewy texture.

Good price for a pricey food stuff ….. usually mixed in small proportions with other rices ….. decided to do my own mixing instead ….. brown rice plus any other type ! Happy with this

Very delicious, nutty, and ever so slightly crunchy. Tastes amazing on it's own, with a bit of butter, or in chilli and soup. I buy this regularly because I'm always running out.
