Just got off the scale and I have to post this review for others. After six months of doing all the right things with diet and exercise, I could not get the last 8 pounds budged. I am one week into taking one of these pills a day and they are a veritable miracle! In one week I have lost the last 8 pounds AND it came off the way i wanted it to - the squish is gone but not the muscle. I don’t understand how such a small pill can make such a difference. It never upset my stomach, I didn’t feel a change either way in my energy, the only thing I felt is lighter when I woke up in the AM. Stepping on the scale each day confirmed it. It did make me exceptionally regular, which wasn’t much of an issue for me before, but for the last week it has been without fail. For taste and to take them, they go down easy for me. I hope others have the same amazing experience as I have with this product - so frustrating to not get those final few pounds to budge, and it feels as great as I thought it would to have them gone. Also, thank you to everyone who left a review to inspire me and others to give this product I’d never heard of a try!

Ok, ladies! This product is amazing! I have been using it for a month (I take 2 every evening after supper) and I have lost 7 pounds. Weight loss was not my purpose in purchasing this as I struggle with constipation and was made the suggestion by my nutritionist to go it a try. I am so pleased I did! It has helped with my stomach issues but not caused me diarrhea. Highly crevommenf!

I was advised to add this medicine by a doctor friend of mine. I have an auto immune condition and this was expected to help with that as it works on the gut. Ever since I have started taking this pill, I have never had to take allopathic medicines for the auto immune condition for symptomatic relief. Its working like a charm. Hope it keeps working. As a side benefit, it seems to make the skin look healthier as well.
