Very nice set of paring knife’s for daily use, sharp and well made

Love these knives. I never cook without them. They're a perfect fit in my hands and sharpen nicely.

My son-in-law loved his new paring knives which I gave him for Christmas.

The Good: These little knives are SO sharp that you can nick off a fingertip and not even feel it. Pretty incredible. Practically as sharp as a piece of glass. Great for dicing fruits, vegetables, and fingertips. The Bad: Not necessarily BAD, but the handles are very lightweight. I personally prefer a little more heft in a knife handle but that's just me. The Ugly: OK $50 for 3 little knives might seem high to a lot of folks, but these Germans, they've been making great steel for 100+ years. But WAIT, there's MORE: The main reason we bought these was for really for the curved little knife; it is PERFECT for peeling apples, pears, and thumbs.

I find myself reaching for these knives all the time. They're great for fine control, and they've held an incredible edge for months now. Must-have for a bar setup (awesome for getting thin slices of citrus peel, for instance). Good value for money.

Quality product, very sharp, so I like it

This brand is the only brand I purchase. They work great! Haven’t had to sharpen yet and I’ve had them a few months. I use them daily. Very easy to hold, not heavy at all. Small enough to use for fruits, vegetables and on a daily basis. Highly recommend
