I ordered three sets of these darling mugs for my kids and their spouse for Christmas. When the first set arrived, unfortunately one mug was broken. I contacted the seller immediately via email and they said since the mugs are sold by the set, they would replace both, which they did within a couple of weeks. There was no extra charge, no hassle, just good business. I highly recommend this company. The mugs are darling, personalized with a variety of designs.

Loved the cups and the way they fit together. I gave them as a gift to my friends who celebrated their anniversary in February. I thought they were a little too expensive, because they did not come in a gift box. $40.00 for two mugs is a little pricey when it is necessary to purchase a gift box, too.

Mug came in pieces. Accidents happen, so I contacted customer service and told them. They immediately sent another one that came as fast as possible. It’s perfect and the customization is great. Definitely will order from here again.

The media could not be loaded. So excited to get this but there wasn't much support when I opened the box. Unfortunately, I was so excited I thought everything would be perfect I popped the bubble seal only to find out one of the cup was already smashed. The other was ok. I think it would've been better if there was a fragile sticker or something on the box and not just on the bubble wrap around the cup. The box was also huge for 2 cups. Could be why one of the cup smashed. Will be requesting a return and refund.
