Q: how much surface does 1 can of this duplicolor bedliner spray cover?

Hello. I got this to find out how well it covered. Still unused. If say 4ftx4ft 1/8 inch if I had to guess. May hv to try it out today. It's sunny.

Q: Can I just spray this on my cars paint rather than taking the paint off first?

Prep work is essential to having this stuff stick. You don't have to remove the paint. But rough the surface up with some sand paper or a scotch pad, then wipe clean with acetone. If you prep it like this you won't have to worry about it peeling or coming off. I did the cargo area of my explorer with this and it worked well, but I did 3 coats and it didn't see too much heavy use.

Q: Will this work well to spray in the cab floor of my Jeep Truck? Will it hold up to daily driving stepping on it etc? Thanks.

Yes, but with several coats. I used this in the back of my explorer and put about 5 coats down and it holds up pretty good against scratches and dings, also good textured feel to it. Much better than the rustoleum that I used on my fenders

Not unless you apply a blowtorch.
