Like it says, made for use with larger eggs. It did just that. We used it on duck eggs with no issue.

I purchased these to hatch duck eggs. I can fit 6 duck eggs per cradle (of which you get three) instead of the 7 chicken eggs I can fit in each cradles that come standard with this incubator, so that means I could fit a total of 21 eggs in my incubator. If I can get my hands on some goose eggs, I’ll report back as to how they fit in these cradles.
