This came up to my expectations, still needed a little flour to roll out pastry, neither my hands nor glass rolling pin were non stick, used today for cooking biscuits - perfect, no greasing the surface required, easily slid off when cooked, quick wipe and ready for the next project; took someone's advice and used a hair toggle to store, rolled in the tissue paper that came with it, v. good value, recommend (I didn't need a pack of 3, but will order another as necessary).
